Expected delivery time:

Within Pakistan: 30-40 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)
International: 40-50 working days (Once the order has been confirmed)

The order delivery/dispatch may get delayed due to influx of orders during sales and new collection launches. Due to COVID-19 lockdown delivery timelines have been adversely effected because of logistic issues.

COVID-19:

Due to COVID-19 situation, the SOPs of Government of Pakistan and the travel limitations by international countries and limitations of the last mile partners, your orders might get delayed.

Address Modifications:

Address modifications are not allowed once the order has been placed (online paid orders).

Shipping and Customs Duties:

Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes, if applicable by the respective country’s officials will be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellations:

Once your order has been placed there is no option to cancel it or replace it with any other outfit.

MDL will not be held responsible for any customization you make to any of our outfit (e.g. color, design layout or fabric material) couture or pret.

MDL will not refund or exchange in any of the above mention cases or will not be held liable to any damage done by the client (e.g. washing, ironing, dry cleaning etc.

MDL does not offer any alterations on Ready To WEAR range.

If an order has been dispatched out nationally or internationally, customers will be given all the shipping details (shipment tracking number etc. Please note after the order has been collected by the courier MDL do not take responsibility over it.
